As a young girl, Lorena Tirado grew up in Venezuela and lived there for 10 years. She has first-hand knowledge of the needs of this country and those surrounding not only for food, clothing, medicine and overall assistance but also for the hope and faith that comes in trusting Jesus to sustain, protect and provide for them.

She came to know the Lord in 1997. Through the years, she has had several mentors that have poured into her life as she has grown to understand biblical principles and walked with God. In 2020, Lorena went through a difficult health journey in which she came through victorious.  Today she can testify that Father God is good, loving and faithful to all that place their faith and trust in Him.  Her family, friends and church will all tell you that she is a walking miracle!

Lorena has graciously agreed to be our Board Secretary. She has over 20+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. In her career, she has worked in small, medium and large size firms supporting company founders and C-level executives.  Some of her top assets are her organizational skills, attention to detail and years of experience in a lead support role. She prides herself in doing everything with a spirit of excellence.  She is happy to bring her knowledge and expertise to help the Board attain their goals to grow Seed for the Kingdom.
